Let me, Registered Midwife Alicen, tailor your birth plan. We will work together for 1.5 hours, either face to face or via zoom to discover what is important to you at all stages of labour, birth and postpartum preferences.
Consider it a mini birth class as I answer your questions and decipher the terminology providing you with clarity in your choices. We will go over all possibilities and chances to “pivot”, using BRAIN (see image above).
I prepare the document for you ready for your labour journey, either emailing you the PDF or can print and laminate.
